Our hotline staff are not only experts for our software but also know the work processes in the bending plants.

More serious problems as they might turn up for exmple after a power failure are solved immediately via modem or ISDN router.

Through this we have the opporunity to locate possible software defects and to inform your hardware supplier about possible hardware defects in advance.
